Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Fernwood Rowan Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Colorado Springs with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
