Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Greenridge Quill Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Kansas City, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
