Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Clearpath Lakeside Telecom Partners builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Columbus area. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
