Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Redstone Granite Construction is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
