Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Cedar Rowan Foods is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
