Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Nova Meadow Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Virginia Beach, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
