Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Silverline Sable Manufacturing Group and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
