Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Philadelphia, PA)

Westbrook Beacon Markets Group is a Philadelphia retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
