Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Philadelphia, PA)

Foxglove Hollow Telecom is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
