Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Oak Foods Group and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
