Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Orlando, FL)

Bluepeak Ember Staffing Group places workers with employers around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
