Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Orlando, FL)

Northwind Linden Facilities Group is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 698 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with customer sites.
