Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Omaha, NE)

Summit Bridge Legal Group is a Omaha practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
