Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Silverline Basin Legal Group and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
