Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Oklahoma City, OK)

Foxglove Ridge Markets is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
