Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Memphis, TN)

Rivermark Mill Banking Services is a regional lender in Memphis with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
