Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Louisville, KY)

Lumen Harbor Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Louisville region, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
