Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Little Rock, AR)

Silverline Linden Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Little Rock. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 416 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
