Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Kansas City, MO)

Ironwood Haven Property Management manages apartment communities around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
