Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Hartford, CT)

Ironwood Sable Financial serves customers across Hartford with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
