Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Grand Rapids, MI)

Fernwood Ivory Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
