Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Fort Worth, TX)

Clearpath Union Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 241 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
