Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Fort Worth, TX)

Northwind Kestrel Markets is a Fort Worth retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
