Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Fort Worth, TX)

Lumen Umber Legal Group provides legal services in Fort Worth across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
