Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Fort Worth, TX)

Greenridge Glen Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Fort Worth serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
