Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Dallas, TX)

Bright West Environmental Services is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
