Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Cleveland, OH)

Highbridge Clear Freight is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
