Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Cleveland, OH)

Ironwood North Learning Group is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
