Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Boise, ID)

Nova Meadow Learning Group is an education provider in Boise serving students and families, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
