Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Boise, ID)

Fernwood Umber Legal Group is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
