Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Boise, ID)

Northwind River Construction is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
