Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Boise, ID)

Nova Drift Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Boise area, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. We invest in training. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
