Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Boise, ID)

Redstone Junction Financial is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
