Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Boise, ID)

Silverline Pike Learning Group is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
