Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Birmingham, AL)

Ironwood Pike Property Management is a Birmingham property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
