Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Field Construction and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
