Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Ivory Inspection Services Holdings and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 777 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
