Senior Instructor - skills training (Tucson, AZ)

Stonegate Meridian Inspection Services Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on skills training for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client sites. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
