Senior Instructor - skills training (Tucson, AZ)

Rivermark Early Learning runs childcare centres in Tucson caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on skills training. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
