Senior Instructor - skills training (Tucson, AZ)

Fernwood Harbor Care Services Partners supports families and individuals in Tucson with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
