Senior Instructor - skills training (Tucson, AZ)

Summit Linden Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Tucson, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about insurance authorisations. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in insurance authorisations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
