Senior Instructor - skills training (Tucson, AZ)

Nova Corner Auto Group is a Tucson company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about vehicle inspections. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
