Senior Instructor - skills training (Tucson, AZ)

Stonegate Cross Health is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on skills training for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 764 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient scheduling. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in patient scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
