Senior Instructor - skills training (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Cobalt Medical and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in complaint handling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
