Senior Instructor - skills training (Toledo, OH)

Northwind Forge Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Toledo. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
