Senior Instructor - skills training (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Bright Quill Health Group and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
