Senior Instructor - skills training (St. Louis, MO)

Nova Wilder Auto Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on skills training for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about vehicle inspections. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
