Senior Instructor - skills training (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Wilder Auto Group and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about parts orders. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in parts orders. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
