Senior Instructor - skills training (Seattle, WA)

Westbrook Summit Auto Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on skills training for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about warranty claims. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in warranty claims. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
