Senior Instructor - skills training (Seattle, WA)

Summit Cedar Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Seattle, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
